There are many men writers who are known to give words to women pain correctly.

For example-I hv find pain of upper household's women in rabindra naths literature written very well .

I don't know about myself .

Bt I hv been very curious to see men working .

Most times I feel good .

I feel astonished to see their capacity , in particular. 

To see their joy in working, to see them facing challenges etc

And then 

Their naivety,  frustration etc

....

What I hv find , that all men are driven by a very great sense,  to prove themselves. 

A certain kind of ego.

 this feeling of ego is necessary to an extent, that this is the driving force in men .

Bt after certain limit , this force becomes , a hindrance in actual solution of things .

Only men of great learning can overcome the effects of these forces .
