Earlier I used to find pleasure in seeing men working on construction sites.

Oh !what coordination , hard work , precision, sweat . 

And no sorrow at all . Smilingly they do all work.

 (We are living in Delhi for 35 years and more . And rohini ,pitampura and Shalimar bagh are quite new areas . Lot of construction keep on going here . Anyway)

Women also do work on these sites ,their work is only of labour kind . No mind application.

 ( the picture is quiet changed now . I know women who do carpenter/interior designer work.

 Here , women applies mind and men execute. 

I suppose india is witnessing a silent revolution in terms of working women force . )

Later I recognize men efforts in many fields . Music ,art, sports , business,  politics, creating knowledge , science etc . 

And no recalling,  I was astonished to the depths of my being .

ऐसा कहते हैं कि यह संसार माया चलाती है अर्थात स्त्रियां।

 एक अपेक्षा से यह बात सही हो सकती है कि पुरुष यह सब महिलाओं के लिए करते हैं ,

दूसरी अपेक्षा से देखो तो , ये सब काम करते तो पुरुष ही हैं । अतः संसार को चलाता तो उनका ज्ञान ही है ।

I hv a diary where I hv written notes or Sometimes pasted newspaper(mostly bollywood news) cuttings on my reading and understanding of things. 

That diary is of zero value to me now.
